Open to ages 18 & up, the Ultimate Weight Loss Challenge is the ideal opportunity to shake up your workout, shed pounds and feel better. And what’s a challenge without a little friendly competition?
You and your fellow participants will be on a 6-week mission to meet your weight-loss goals. A personal trainer will lead your team through a one hour workout weekly to push you to meet your goals. You weight will be measured weekly (confidentially) and the team weight loss will be posted weekly. The team with the highest weight loss percentage will win a prize.
You can also meet with our Registered Dietician, Karen Johnson on Monday, April 3 at 6pm. She will provide an hour meeting to help you reach your goals.
