Sports Performance Functional Fitness Training Area
A new addition to Ackerman and Hard Gainers Athletics. We’ve added 660 sq. ft of new specialized equipment for the serious athlete in training. The new equipment and space is to be utilized for intense strength and power training that is difficult to provide in the standard fitness room environment. The focus of the new area is for the athlete seeking strength/conditioning and speed/agility training in a focused and efficient circuit.
