The TRX Suspension Trainer is the original, best-in-class workout system that leverages gravity and your bodyweight to perform hundreds of exercises. You’re in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise – because you can simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance. Choose from our regular TRX classes for ages 16+, our Senior TRX for age 60+, or try our new outdoor TRX classes this summer!

Senior TRX: Seniors can feel great with this NEW functional-based fitness class. This class is designed for participants over 60 to learn how to workout smarter and more effectively. Use our new fitness tool, TRX, to improve balance, increase range of motion, and build strength. You will also have fun with others in a small group setting.

Outdoor TRX: Enjoy the beautiful summer weather, while you use your bodyweight to perform hundreds of exercises. Class will meet by the playground on the east side of the parking lot. In case of inclement weather, class will be held indoors.
