Agility is the ability to change directions and gain speed without losing motor control. Speed can be defined by how fast your feet hit the ground and quickly gets up and out to your next step. In every sport, we use speed and agility, so if you are looking to run a faster 40-yard time or move quicker on the basketball court, this program is for you.
Brett is a Certified Personal Trainer by Fitness Education and holds a Bachelors degree in Fitness and Sports. With both high school and collegiate level playing experience, he has the credential to train and coach players to take their skills to the next level.
Specialties: Sport-specific training including endurance, speed, strength and agility training.
