Brett is a Certified Personal Trainer by Fitness Education and holds a Bachelors degree in Fitness and Sports. With both high school and collegiate level playing experience, he has the credential to train and coach players to take their skills to the next level.
Specialties: Sport-specific training including endurance training, speed training, strength training and agility training.
Cheryl is a Certified Personal Trainer by the World Instructor Training School. With over 25 years of strength training experience, she believes that proper nutrition and daily exercise are necessary components to a healthy lifestyle.
Specialties: Strength training, core stabilization and functional training.
For the past 12 years, Stan has been training clients in New York and Chicago. He holds ACE and NASM certifications for Personal Training and Performance Enhancement. Stan believes in body transformation through diet and exercise.
Specialties: Weight loss, core training, nutrition, and strength and speed training.
Patti is a certified personal trainer by the NESTA organization. Patti has over 7 years of experience. Patti’s philosophy is that consistency is the key to success and always have a game plan.
Specialties: Strength training and boot camp style workouts.
Eric Su is NFPT (National Federation of Professional Trainers) certified, as well as, TRX certified. Eric has over 15 years of experience. He focuses on designing safe and effective workout routines so you get timely results. He also helps people develop a healthy mindset for long term health and fitness success.
