Group Fitness Sampler Classes

Fitness is more fun with friends. Join us for three 20-minute back-to-back classes and try a few of our favorite group fitness formats! Open to Ackerman SFC fitness members only. No two samplers are the same!

  • Jan. 18, 1pm-2pm: Zumba, Zumba Gold, and WERQ
  • Jan. 26, 12pm-1pm: Boot Camp, Tabata, and Cardio Strength
  • Feb. 1, 1pm-2pm: Yoga, Power Yoga, and Yoga Sculpt
  • Feb. 9, 12pm-1pm: Cycling, BODYPUMP™, and Total Conditioning
