Free Fitness Orientation on November 12

Get a jumpstart on your fitness goals during this free 60-minute orientation starting at 6:30pm on Thursday, November 12. Stacey Lim, Assistant Facility Manager/Fitness, will go through a variety of exercises and sample workout plans for participants. She will also conduct a walk-through of the facility and explain how to properly use fitness equipment. The orientation will end with a question and answer session, and is open to both members and nonmembers. No registration required.
