This program, for kids in grades 6–12, focuses on speed, agility, strength, mobility, and injury prevention. Whether it’s on the court, field, floor, diamond, mat, or ice, our coaches will be teaching youth athletes the skills that will help them to perform better at their sport and reduce the chance of injury.
