Gymnasium/Courts at Ackerman SFC
Ackerman Sports & Fitness Center features three high school-sized basketball courts available for rent, individually or all at once. Offering seating for spectators and ample parking, our facility is the ideal venue for a wide variety of athletic and recreational events. Rentals can be held during regular business hours (subject to availability).
Rental rate: $55 per hour
Gymnasium at Civic Center
Rent the Civic Center gymnasium through the Glen Ellyn Park District for your basketball needs. Available hours are Monday-Friday from 4:30-10 pm and Saturday/Sunday from 10 am-6 pm.
Rental rate: $30 per hour
Indoor Turf
Our state-of-the-art indoor artificial turf field is the perfect space for your next practice or event. Covering 45 by 60 yards, the field can be configured in multiple ways, including full or half turf options. Rentals can be held during regular business hours (subject to availability).
Rental rate: $125 per hour
Batting Cages
Ackerman SFC offers four batting cage tunnels for rent. Each rental includes a batting cage tunnel and one L screen. Visitors must bring their own sport-specific ball. Independent use of the batting cages is allowed for guests of high school age and older, while guests in 8th grade and below must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Rentals can be held during regular business hours (subject to availability).
Rental rate: $40 per hour
Ackerman Training Room
Our recently renovated Ackerman Training Room is an ideal space for your personal workout or for coaches to conduct sports/athletic training with their teams. The room accommodates low, medium, and high-intensity exercises, and is equipped with various training equipment, including TRX straps, ropes, sleds, bands, and weighted balls. Rentals can be held during regular business hours (subject to availability).
Rental rate: $120 per hour
Group Fitness/Dance Studio
Our studio features hardwood floors and a spacious layout, making it suitable for hosting a variety of activities, including yoga classes, musical performances, workshops, small private events, or photoshoots. Rentals can be held during regular business hours (subject to availability).
Rental rate: $40 per hour
