Spring into giving! Take part in our blood drive in partnership with Versiti Blood Center of Illinois on Tuesday, April 15, 2025, from 9 am to 1 pm at Ackerman SFC. One blood donation can help save up to three lives! Walk-ins are welcome, but it’s best to book your spot on the Versiti website.
Hopper Cottontail (Glen Ellyn’s own Easter bunny) and some of your favorite character friends are hopping over to Ackerman SFC for two hours of egg-citing activities and games on Saturday, April 12, 2025! Enjoy egg-shaped cookie decorating, an egg toss contest, crafts, and more (egg hunt not included) from 11 am-1 pm. Plus, there will be a bounce house, photo opportunities, and pizza! Our National Nutrition Month food drive begins on Thursday, March 13! Please join us in fighting food insecurity by donating non-perishable food items and essential toiletries through Thursday, March 20. All donations will go directly to the Glen House Food Pantry, providing vital resources to those in need.
Contributions can be dropped off at Ackerman SFC, 800 St. Charles Road, during regular business hours. Your generosity will have a significant impact on the lives of individuals and families served by the Glen House Food Pantry.
